GAUGE FIXTURES.

Our team of highly skilled personnel have the ability to produce high precision & high quality gauge fixtures.

Typically working from client defined component GDT Datum drawing structure each gauge is conceptualised to present in principle for a client sign off with an emphasis in confirming actual checked features.

Once sign off is in place the design detailing period is commenced. On design detailing completion the gauge is issued into the manufacturing process for production, and assembly. This includes a full calibration process & detailed report which is issued with each gauge.

Also focusing on correct heat treatment processing of working surfaces and correct specification of high quality tool steels every gauge fixture manufactured by European Gauging Systems features high endurance and high quality properties as standard. ​

BS 969 2008 limits and wear tolerances are applied as standard practice. These can be changed to client specific values on request.
Pipe gauges can feature complex tri pound or compound angles, evolving curves that require a gauge team with highly specialised skills to successfully produce.​
