European Gauging Systems Ltd offers comprehensive in house  design and manufacture facilities. On receipt of order concepts are constructed then presented, for client approval and sign off before detail work continues in readiness for issue into manufacture.

DESIGN

Our team of 4 CAD designers have the ability to interrogate and design in both 2D and 3D formats. This allows clients to visualise and review methods in detail, not visible when designing solely in 2D.

 

MANUFACTURE   

Our comprehensive machine shop features a wide range of dedicated gauge & tool-room machinery. Our jig boing and jig grinding facilities are complimented by temperature control to up hold greater accuracy.
