This method allows processing of components with on going SPC control limits to be monitored line side for immediate feedback and machine tool offset. ​

 

A hand held common roamer unit lets the operator moves to  different places and get variable results from the digital dial indicator. Nominal master position is a standard feature for DTI setting. ​​​
